Form and Tax Completion

Volunteers assist low income New Westminster seniors 60+  making $30,000 or less with simple Form and Tax completion. We are able to assist seniors with filling out the following forms in our office:

● Canada Pension Plan (CPP) applications
● Old Age Security (OAS) applications
● Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) applications
● Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER) applications
● Fair Pharmacare Card applications
● Medical Services Plan (MSP) applications
● Bus Pass program applications
● Documentation Replacement: BC Care Card, Birth Certificate, Citizenship Card, Canadian Passport
